Nothing good ever comes easy. The same can be said for this show. What started out (in theory) as a 1-hour, Classic Rock weekend feature, has grown to be a multi-city vignette that is aired in just about every important day part. You start with an idea and like a whittler you hone the presentation ( both the on-air product as well as your target marketing ) as you go, never losing sight of the end game.
I listen to the feedback from my affiliates and if it makes sense, I tweak a little here & there to improve the product. I'm true to my word, if I say the show will be delivered on a certain day & time, it is. Trust and consistency are key, you don't get to 500 shows without them. A certain amount of relentlessness is helpful too ...
Oh yes, and love. I love radio, I love music and I love adding more B-Side Family members !
A new concept for radio: a 6-minute featurette that airs once a day, five days a week. Besides digging up songs unburnt, there's also a fascinating story behind each track. The tune-out factor is next to zero !!

Many stations use this vignette as a lead-in or the centerpiece for their retro or flashback shows. Some use it as a stand-alone or even combine each week's shows to form a 30-minute weekend retro feature. That flexibility is a benefit for individual stations to use to their advantage.
